1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Justin Ilg
Wurmlingerstraße 7
78606 Seitingen-Oberflacht
Germany
Email: hello@vy-bo.com

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access this website, IONOS automatically collects technical connection data (so-called server log files), including:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • file requested, amount of data transferred
  • browser type and operating system
  • referring page

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably, and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with IONOS.

3. Contacting us by email

This website contains a link that directly opens your local email application (hello@vy-bo.com). No data processing takes place on our side or through this website itself — the message is sent entirely through your own email account.

If you contact us this way, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). Data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing.

4. Cookies & tracking

This website currently uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Should this change, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, your consent will be obtained in advance.

5. Disclosure of data

Your data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the hosting provider named in section 2, who acts as a processor on our behalf.

6. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

To exercise your rights, an informal message to hello@vy-bo.com is sufficient.

7. Note on future changes

Once the planned company registration in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) is complete, this privacy policy will be updated. In particular, we will assess whether data is transferred to a country outside the EU and what additional safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are required.
